Many Web sites miss the boat when it comes to teens as an expert has said "If you don't get it right for teenagers, they're gone from your Web site in a split second, and that can cost you a lot of business." This means teens are impatient and want quality results quickly. If they do a search for sneakers and get a shoe site where they need to click 3 or 4 times for a teen sneaker page you have lost them. When a teen clicks on sneakers the results should reflect better results for that teen.
Some Web site features will turn teens off if they are complex or incomplete content, long downloading times is a killer. An upside is that teens seem to like ads more than adults. They tend to be apprehensive about plug-ins and obscure links fearing the unknown. If they get to a site they like they tend to buy , sites just need to get them there fast.

A search engine for teens might be the answer.
