Can New England Sports get any better?

 The Red Sox just swept to a World Series win and the Patriots have obliterated another opponent 52-7 to stay unbeaten. This is even before the vastly improved Celtics start their season with an NBA championship in their sights.

 The Red Sox just steamrolled the Colorado Rockies prompting spontaneous celebrations in downtown Boston. Police were out in force as the last time the Sox celebrated a championship a woman reveler was killed in Kenmore square. The official parade will be in a few days and organizers expect over a million participants.

 The Patriots prepare for arguably the best regular season game in the history of the NFL.

There has never been a game of two undefeated teams this late in the season. Last years super bowl champs the Indianapolis Colts even though undefeated are incredibly underdogs in this game by about 5 points. Whatever happens in this game it seems very likely both teams will meet in the AFC championship game and will be more interesting than the Superbowl.

 The Celtics for there part have amassed three of the best players in the NBA, Kevin Garnett who join Paul Pierce. The sky and another championship banner are the limits for the revamped Celtics.

 
It’s been said that The Boston area is the number one sports town, there may be 3 championship parades this year. There has never been a sports town that celebrated three championship teams. This year the Red Sox have just won the Patriots look unstoppable and the Celtics are one of the favorites to win a title. Gone are the days when the Sox always lost. The Patriots were patsies and the Celtics could not win a game. Boston sports fan have become spoiled and already expect success and will not accept anything else.
