Eat right live long
List of 11 things for a man to eat a day to stay healthy - five handfuls of fruit and vegetables a day
- 25 grams of fiber ( this could come from grapefruit, whole grains, soybeans )
- 800 milligrams of Folate ( orange juice, spinach )
- Tomatoes as many as possible
- Walnuts and almonds
- 2 baby aspirins a day
- Fish ( wild salmon, flounder, cod ) 3 times a week
- 8 glasses of water
- red wine
- coffee
- glass of milk
you may need to spend a good part of your day eating all this but you will stay healthy |
