List of 11 things for a man to eat a day to stay healthy

 

 

  1. five handfuls of fruit and vegetables a day
  2. 25 grams of fiber ( this could come from grapefruit, whole grains, soybeans )
  3. 800 milligrams of Folate ( orange juice, spinach )
  4. Tomatoes as many as possible
  5. Walnuts and almonds
  6. 2 baby aspirins a day
  7. Fish ( wild salmon, flounder, cod ) 3 times a week
  8. 8 glasses of water
  9. red wine
  10. coffee
  11. glass of milk

 

you may need to spend a good part of your day eating all this but you will stay healthy
